Hello Ron,

I have not used Velocity on the link you mentioned, but you may try Macro in
Freemarker to setup layout you need, FM macro let you use paremeters
and [#nested] directive to insert content. I have used this method in my
project with success. There are some sample on the project if you are
interested.
