I haven't forgotten, just been busy with other stuff as usual. I'll give you some instructions this evening on how to set up a repository on SourceForge.net to start with. It'll take up to a month to set up automated sync'ing anyway. I could make a manual release for 2.3.14 but that'll take the same time, in fact manual uploads are now discouraged and that's why we need to move to the automated process.
