I surely could find out myself, but it's better if it's answered here
where everybody else sees it... what's the trick? Is this the kind of
stuff where the original "tag-lib" has JSP-independent layer, and then
they develop a JSP-facade for it (that's the actual JSP taglin), and
then others, like you, create a FreeMarker facade for it?

(Also, if you think something could be improved in FM to help in this
particular case... FreeMarker desperately needs contributors, so don't
hesitate to jump in.)
