Re: Telegram Eclipse IDE

The so called stable version can be installed from the Eclipse
Marketplace. But don't bother with that, because it's totally
unstable. I strongly recommend checking out and building the latest
development release instead (see
https://github.com/jbosstools/jbosstools-freemarker). (Yes, it's for
Eclipse Mars, but I heard that it actually runs on Lune fina too.
Though I'm using it with Mars, so I'm not sure.)
