Galeon 1.3

I have put a galeon 1.3 source tarball on ufies. 
If you give it a try please let me know if there are problems. 
1.3 is the first unstable release of Galeon2. You will need gnome 2
libraries and a patched gtk2 mozilla.
The instructions to compile mozilla are in the INSTALL file inside the
package.

I'll probably release an official tarball tomorrow. Not sure if it
should be 1.3 or 1.3.0.
