Want to Help -- bugs or todo?

hi all, I want begin to help with the development of galeon, a friend
tell me that the best place to begin is with the bugs in
bugzilla.gnome.org, I'm checking that, but in the CVS files I found a
TODO, file, do this file is valid now?nn

BTW, do you have any branch that I need to download (now I use galeon
1.3 and dowload HEAD).
