Plugins not working under Mozilla 1.2b / Galeon 1.3 under RH73

I am using the rpms from the ufies ftp:

ftp://ftp.ufies.org/pub/galeon/1.3/rh7.3/

The plugins (java/flash/etc.) don't work under mozilla 1.2b, so for galeon
there is no hope.  Before I file a bugzilla (in gnome or mozilla?), I would
like to know if this a known issue?
