1) on windows, where this default selection is used, you simply need to
click at the end to deselect the URL, and then can copy at the end. This
would not work though, because the left click will unselect your
previous selection, right ?

2) you just paste the url with both lines and all, and then erase the \n
and or the + mutt or some other mailer add.
