Galeon is a GNOME web browser. I think creating a seperate application
of some kind that can edit the GNOME settings that are relevant to
Galeon, instead of duplicating all this GNOME funtionality inside Galeon
itself, is the better solution long-term. It will both reduce bloat in
Galeon and help users that are using Galeon without GNOME.
