Galeon 2 in the GNOME 2.2 Desktop

Hey gang,

We've just announced the very-almost-final modules list for the GNOME 2.2
Desktop release:

Unfortunately, Galeon is not in the list. There's only one reason why it's
not there: Maintainership. If we don't know that anyone is pointing Galeon
in the right direction, and that it has some dedicated hackers working on
it, we can't sensibly include it in the Desktop release.

This is, however, a last opportunity to get it back in. If the maintainer
issues are solved in the next couple of days, and someone mails d-d-l to
tell us that Galeon is fit to go in, it will be reconsidered.

Everything else is fine; Galeon 1.3.0 kicks a donkey-farm of ass in every
other respect. I would personally love to see it in.
