INSTALL file

I have been using galeon CVS since the 1.3.0 release, and I am very pleased
with it. For a long time my only serious problem was how slow it was.
But I realized that if you compile mozilla with these options it gets
much faster:

./configure --enable-xft --enable-default-toolkit=gtk2 --disable-mailnews
--disable-debug --enable-optimize=-O2 --disable-tests --with-pthreads 
--with-system-jpeg --with-system-zlib --with-system-png --disable-toolkit-gtk 
--disable-toolkit-qt --disable-gtktest --enable-strip --disable-libIDLtest 
--disable-glibtest --enable-crypto 

Compiling mozilla with these options has made galeon 2-4x faster.  Maybe
this should go in the INSTALL file? I am not sure what mozilla uses
when making a release binary but it might be worth checking those out.
