[PATCH] Galeon 1.3.1 proxy prefs in control-center 2.0.3

For those lazy individuals such as myself who don't want to upgrade to
gnome2.1 for one reason or another (using debian is my excuse) please
find attached a patch against control-center 2.0.3 that updates the
proxy capplet so that it can be used for configuring proxies for galeon.

I simply copied the modified files from 2.1.3 tarballs, and there's no
gconf schemas installed for those keys (which means if you unset a key,
it vanishes, there's no default value.)

There's no guarantees the new capplet doesn't covertly make you use the
slowest proxy on the other side of the world, or that it even does
anything for that matter, it is from the unstable branch after all... =)
