How can I install galeon with moz w/gtk2, and xft enabled?

Hi,

    Hello! I haven't keep track about news in galeon and mozilla for a few months,
now, I got free time again to playing with linux!!

   I want to know that, is it still necessary to patch the moz, and enable something
in the build process of galeon to got a working mozilla and galeon, with xft and 
fontconfig?

    Where can I got more information. How about the article about galeon2 in the
galeon.sf.net? Does that article still relevant??
