Creating a theme

I'm not sure whether this is the right place to ask, but since the
user-list definately isn't, I couldn't think of a better one.

I'm trying to make a complete Galeon theme based on the wonderful 708090
theme by Roland Buehlmann
(http://texturizer.net/phoenix/themes.html#708090). It doesn't look as
great as the original because the background color of the toolbar can't
be changed with the theme, but it's still the best looking Galeon theme
I've seen (http://www.iki.fi/eh/708090-preview.png).

The basic stuff was easy to do
(http://galeon.sourceforge.net/themes/create.php helped a lot), but I'm
having problems with the icons that aren't buttons. No matter what I do,
it seems to be impossible to make Galeon use those xpm's. I'd really
like to have a theme which would replace _all_ the default icons, not
just the toolbar buttons. Any help, anyone?

Then I have a problem with the "clear location" icon. The default icon
doesn't go along very well with the rest of the theme, but I haven't
been able to innovate anything to replace it. Phoenix doesn't have the
"clear location" feature, so the original theme doesn't include an icon
for it, either.

Konqueror has an interesting icon (x> with a box around the 'x') for
that purpose and I've played around that idea, but I don't think that it
is actually really intuitive. One solution would be a simple 'C', just
like 708090 has 'B' for bookmarks and 'H' for history, but that would be
too easy. Any ideas on this would be appreciated, too.
