I've often thought that it would be nice if a tool like "viewcvs.cgi"
had an admin login mode where the project admin can edit commit logs.
I've never sat down to actually implement it... but I think it can be
done, using the "cvs admin" interface.  Yes, this is OT here, but
thought I'd toss the idea out there for others just in case somebody
actually implements it!
