hi,

a couple of weeks before the actual release of mdk 9.1 there is an intense
discussion about why mandrake will ship galeon 1.3.2 instead of the stable
1.2.8 with the upcoming mandrake 9.1 release.

The point is that 1.2.8 can allegedly not be built against a gtk2+ enabled
mozilla. So my question: can that be true resp. is there a way to
workaround this problem?

thanks for your great work.

udo

P.S.: please note that I am _in no way connected_ to mandrake (maybe except my
enthusiasm for this best of all distros ;-)).
