I think the main issue with people complaining with galeon 1.3.x is that
it is less "customizable" than 1.2.x (which is think is GOOD, regarding
HIG and Havoc article..) and since it uses GNOME2 settings (for themes,
proxy..), it is configurable through GNOME capplets, which are not
easily available in Mdk menu when you are not logged under GNOME.. 

Would it be possible to add a "Proxy settings" button in preferences
which would start "gnome-network-properties" ? This is a real problem
for newbies..
