Mmm, this don't seem to be shipping in any debian package (not galeon,
nor galeon-snapshot, ...).

It should be upgraded, and maybe put on the official galeon site
(separatedly for 1.2 and 1.3 maybe).

Also, some mention of it in the FAQ would be a good idea.
