Yes, this works. I used it at times where the various flash plugins
where broken due to a gcc/libc6 incompatibility (crashing galeon :((().

Still, it would be nice to have a bit more granularity, where you could
specify which plugin you want to know about and which not. Maybe the
nullplugin could be made to be configurable, and/or ask if you want a
message about a given plugin to appear again or not (like the security
question), and store that information.

Also, it would be nice if the plugins didn't bring galeon down with them
when segfaulting, but i am not sure if that is possible, maybe running
them in a separate thread or something.
