Open Location dialog

Hi guys,

 I've been using the 1.3 releases of Galeon for a little while, and
while I love the browser, there are still a few things that I see are
missing compared to the 1.2 releases. 

 The most obvious of these (to me) is the 'Open Location' dialog and
functionality. 

 Please advise me if somebody is planning on (or already working on)
implementing this. If not, I will get to work on it.
