Hmmm. It seems to me the real benefit of putting the nav items on all the
context menus is for consistency, so that you can right click left click to go
Back from anywhere whatsoever, without even reading the menu (of course, this
is why we have mouse gestures, isn't it?). But if the items aren't in the same
place (ie, the top) in the different menus, then there doesn't seem to be any
point to it. Is it any easier to read the huge context menu and find "back"
than to just click on the toolbar? So I'd say either put the items at the top
of each menu, or don't bother including them at all.
Just a user's opinion, grain of salt advised.
