On new page -> Show Last Page

This option makes sense when doing ctrl-t or ctrl-n but I don't really get 
it when launching galeon anew.  When I start up galeon it seems like it 
should at least be a seperate case (and maybe a seperate option) from  from 
when I just open a new window.  Most browsers will always give you your home 
page at start up.  I guess it wouldn't bother me so much exept that about 
60% of the time the page that is displayed on start up is not actually the 
last page that I was viewing but a popup that got blocked after I opened the 
last page I was viewing.  So, the page that I see 60% of the time when first 
starting galeon is a popup!  Anyway, is changing this behavior something 
that is being considered?
