I don't agree. The folders are not expanded by default, so it is not
confusing. Unless the user wants to expand the folder it will not be
expanded. And not expandable folders are quite useless really.

About double click on the right pane: I think double clicking on folder
should do the same thing as double clicking on sites. Either open the
properties window or activate it.

About double click on the left pane: Single clicking on a folder already
opens it in the right pane, or do you mean something different?

This could be done, but I don't think it would be a good idea:

When the editor is docked, this is already the current behaviour. In
that case it is obvious which is the current tab (because it is just
there, in the same window).

When the editor is not docked there is not any obvious current tab. The
galeon window that opened the bookmark editor can be on another
workspace, can be minimized or can be closed. It would be confusing if
double clicking something would start loading a page in a different
window which can be totally unrelated to the current window.

Also, my main assumption about the independent editor and the sidebar is
that you use the editor to manage your bookmarks and edit them, and you
use the sidebar for browsing your bookmark collection.

I would prefer not making the bookmarks context menu bigger, but this
can be addressed if necessary.

I hate accelerators! ;)

I reproduced it just now. It's an easy fix.

Hey, not problem. That's the point of UI review.
