It's not specific to Galeon -- it's specific to you. What languages do you
speak? The reason is that Galeon (and virtually any browser out there) sends
this information along when requesting a page. When you e.g. define "German"
as your preferred language and go to google.com the google server reacts and
forwards you to google.de where you're presented with a german interface.
When a language is not available for a site a server should fall back trying
the next language in the list.
