Galeon 1.3.12 tabs open at the far-right... please, no!

Hi,

Galeon rocks. Except for the tab placement in 1.3.12. I can't figure out how
to get it back to the old behavior of placing a new tab immediately to the
right of the current tab. I like that. It makes sense. I open new tabs to
browse sites related to the tab I'm current in. So they should be next to one
another.
