galeon 1.3.12 and mouseover?!?

Hi all! I use Galeon 1.3.12 on a Debian/linux 2.4.20 kernel, its great. However, I have a problem with one site, unfotunatly its password auth so cant send link. The problem is when I move the cursor over links the whole page suddenly refreshes. Similarly when I open a pdf file (Acrobat plugin) as soon it finishes openning it refreshes,and again,and again... you get the pic.
