[Bug, translation ca.po] Bad codification in 1.3.13.

The Menu-->Edit-->Codification word is traslated to catalan to "CodificaciA^3", while it has to be "Codificació". The problem is that the translator edited the file in european codification rather than utf-8. [line 2592 of ca.po: # src/prefs.c:430 src/trans.h:150 src/trans.h:173 #: src/galeon-encoding-dialog.c:409 #, fuzzy msgid "Encoding" msgstr "_Codificació" ] Examining the ca.po file, we can see that there is no exception [for instance, line 8900-9000] Please, translate with uft-8 codification.
