Umm.. click first row, scroll to bottom, shift-click the last row. Deleting 300 cookies is instantaneous for me. Reading this mail is likely to take you longer than deleting all cookies... =) Delete all is destructive and seldom used, IMHO it doesn't need to be any more efficient than it currently is.
