Compile Galeon 1.2.x with latest Mozilla versions?

Is there any way to compile Galeon 1.2.x with the latest versions of Mozilla? 
I have it running with Mozilla 1.3, which is quite old these days. Galeon 
1.3.x doesn't suit my needs.
