Tooltip location

Hi,

I've just noticed that Mozilla somehow displays long tooltips of <A
TITLE="Tooltip text here"> tags at out of the screen, when they are next
to the right edge of the screen and/or window.

Doesn't hurt, but annoying, both epiphany and galeon have this problem.
Do you think it's an issue which should be solved in Mozilla or
somewhere in Ephy/Galeon?
