Yes, I've experienced the same problems. 1.3.14 is working fine.
This should definitely be reported. Conglomerate has a similar
problem so in my opinion this is due to the new gtk+ 2.4 adoption.

It must be a general problem with gtk+ 2.4 on x86_64.

Possibly, I disabled nautilus on my AMD64 because it didn't seem very 
reliable.
