Hello,

I forget to note that I'm not on the list, so please cc me if you like.

And to explain myself:

I do lots of either technical or political research, and am satisfied with galeon :)

Why galeon ?
Mostly because of it's good composition of features, and because it's to configurable
some extend. And mainly because it allows me to work *fast*.

Mozilla is too slow with the GUI and database management.
Even on a fast machine, it costs thousands of milliseconds !

I ditched Konqueror long ago, when it was an integrated browser / file manager, so i
can't say how it compares now.

The others i tested don't provide the right features.

I do professional research. People like me need to be fast, to quickly find information
in a lot of webpages. We can't stand to waste even small amounts of time.
That's the reason why i issue even on small improvements.

I can imagine you'll answer it's not your goal to make galeon an advanced researcher tool.

I've got only one argument:
There should be a browser like that.
A 'business' browser for journalists, politicians, science, management, tech heads, teachers,
and all other kind of advanced users. Why *not* galeon ?

greets

michelle.
