Well, since pretty much all firefox extensions are XUL extensions, you'd just have to re-implement XUL support in Galeon (which would simply turn it back into an even more bloated mozilla/firefox :). Seriously, that's the whole purpose behind Galeon -- to rid the browser of all the cruft/overhead that XUL entailed, and replace it with a GTK interface.
