Middle clicking on javascript

If I wish the result of a javascript link to appear in a new tab, then I can do the following 1) Choose "tabs->Clone tab" 2) Press the javascript link However if I try to middle click on a javascript-link, then I often get a less useful result. Would it be possible (and useful) to change the Galeon's keysettings so that when I middle click on a javascript link, then Galeon clones the tab in question before running the corresponding javascript code?. Hmm.. actually I know very little about webpages. Perhaps I am not talking about javascript.
