autostart should be supported - I added code from epiphany's find bar
(where ours comes from) specifically to support it ...

And in fact when I use autostart, using galeon 2.0.1 and FF 1.5 as the
backend both the cases described (about:config, and the tab issue) work
fine for me. Perhaps there is some issue with xulrunner ....

I think a bug report might be useful - I'll try and reproduce using
xulrunner at the weekend.
