Well, if you go into settings->prefs->advanced->persistant data and set
'warn before accepting a cookie', you'll be asked before each cookie is
set and will have the option to always allow or always deny from that
host.  You can also go to tools->cookies->view cookie sites and do
management through there.

This can be achieved through the creation/editing of something in the
bookmarklets.  You'll have to be better at javascript that me to do that
though :)
