The users do not want the overly simple user interface, they want a more advanced one. The advanced one get's too advanced and the users get lost. And the solution to this is to remove the advanced interface? In my brain, this translates to a user that doesn't like Galeon because the interface is too simple. How can it be interpreted otherwise?
