One problem with a standalone app is focus.  I'd like some settings to
apply only to a specific tab - for example, whether the page is allowed
to use its own fonts, colours and stylesheet (and indeed which
stylesheet).  Similarly, I might want JavaScript to be disabled for a
given tab and other tabs that are cloned / opened from it, but to work
elsewhere.

If I mouse over a standalone app I might focus it.  Now, none of my
Galeon windows have focus so how do I specify which tab I had in mind.

There will, then, have to be some user interface connection between the
power interface and the window / tab it might eventually be specific to.
