Doesn't Tools->Cookies do that? If not, maybe you should upgrade Galeon?

In Galeon you can use the "smart bookmarks". There's a special toolbar
for them. You can define them with the bookmarks editor. You can also
put them on the context menu. The manual (Help->Galeon manual) has a
section about them and there's also a section about them on the Galeon
site <http://galeon.sourceforge.net/bookmarks/sbm_faq.php>. So you can
add the same dictionary, thesaurus etc. like the ones that are used in
Opera, if you like.

A "Dictionary" smart bookmark is probably already there - if not, you
can rerun the "first time druid" (Tools->"Rerun first time druid") and
enable "Dictionary" in the "Smart Bookmarks Toolbar" pane.

If copying your text and pasting it into the appropriate smart bookmark
text field is too tedious for you, you could also try to write a
bookmarklet for that. See the "Go To Selected URL" bookmarklet for an
example. Bookmarklets have their own submenu in the main context menu
(right mouse click in the main window), but you can as well put them on
the main context menu (just use the "Add to context menu" checkbox in
the bookmark editor). Take a look at
<http://michael.mauch.bei.t-online.de/bookmarklets.html>, which happens
to have a few translation bookmarklets ;-)
