Yes, that's a known GTK 1 bug. Probably it will be fixed in GTK 2. Look into the bookmark editor. It has menu items to open (overwrite), import (merge), and save your bookmarks in various formats, Mozilla being one of them. For bugreports, you can use the GNOME bug tracker. You can get there with Help->"Report a bug". You should query the bug database before you open a new bug. Though I'm not a Galeon developer, I guess the galeon-devel list is mainly for developers - for user discussions, there's the galeon-user list. Regards...
