How to control tabs and new windows

Hi,

How can I control the creation or destruction of tab in Galeon source ?
I just want to be able to have only one tab per Galeon session, and to lunch
any popup in a new window with a different preference setting.

My main, or first Galeon is launched in full screen with no MenuBar and I
want to keep it always alive in this configuration. This Galeon is browsing
my local web site, and when users going to external sites, I want to run a
new Galeon with standard setup with MenuBar etc..

Is it possible and How is it possible ?
