You could use a bookmarklet, e.g. the highlight bookmarklet from
<http://www.squarefree.com/bookmarklets/pagedata.html#highlight>

Replace

  text=prompt("Search phrase:", "")

with 

  text="computer implemented"

and you're done. Not exactly a search, not an intelligent bookmark, but
maybe it helps.
