Hi all,
Occasionally I come across (badly designed) websites which have links to
streaming audio with 'mms://' and 'pnm://' in the urls.
Now, with Mozilla, I can configure an application to associate an
application with these links by adding user prefs, such as:
user_pref("network.protocol-handler.external.mms", true);
user_pref("network.protocol-handler.app.mms", "gxine");
user_pref("network.protocol-handler.external.pnm", true);
user_pref("network.protocol-handler.app.pnm", "rvplayer");
If I try doing the same with Galeon, however, it doesn't work. After
clicking on the link, I get a popup that says:
'mms is not a registered protocol'.
Is there any way to make Galeon work with these links?
Cheers,
Paul.
