"galeon URL" gone?

Hi,
"galeon http://someplace" doesn't seem to work anymore here.
The man page of 1.3.20 (2 July 2001) still has
galeon [OPTION...] [URL...]
while galeon --help only says
Usage: galeon [OPTION...]
Is hope that's only a bug, because the --new-tab and --new-window
options are still there and these wouldn't make much sense without
loading an URL?
