This menu is the menu that pops up when you right click on a text area.
Looks like galeon has its own right click menu for text areas and
doesn't include the gtk default options.  This galeon specific menu is
only on text areas on the rendered page though, if you right click in
the address bar and choose the input method there (or left click in the
address bar then press the menu key) then that should set the input
method for all the text boxes on the page.  At least, it works for me :)
The input method selection menu should probably be added to the galeon
right click menu though to make it less confusing.
