It is an option in the GNOME prefs, under Menus & Toolbars.  As someone
else said "here we go again".. so, something I was wondering.  Why is
there a proxy settings button in the galeon prefs? :)  Sure, it points
to the GNOME proxy config, but if that is there then why not have a
button in the galeon prefs which will load up the GNOME Menus &
Toolbars?
