Just copying the bookmarks.xbel file from the old box to the new box
should work, it is in ~/.galeon

something like: scp oldbox.address:.galeon/bookmarks.xbel ~/.galeon/
on the new box might work.

There is an export option in the bookmarks editor (edit bookmarks from
the bookmark menu) but it only seems to want to export them to another
brower on the same machine.  You can use the bookmark editor to import
the bookmarks.xbel file from the olbox if you don't want to copy it
directly to your .galeon directory (incase you have bookmarks in there
you want to keep)
