If so, would I even have to re-build galeon? Don't know if you're still pondering this upgrade but i can warn you that I just upgraded Mozilla from 1.7.6 to 1.7.7 using yum and then found it broke galeon, which reports dependent on Mozilla 1.7.6 Specifically, I found galeon would report this when trying to start from a shell (to see errors as to why it wouldn't start): [gavin@local ~]$ galeon galeon: error while loading shared libraries: libgtkembedmoz.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory I tried brute force and lazy and removed galeon and then tried to re-install using yum. but then got this dependency error: Error: Missing Dependency: mozilla = 37:1.7.6 is needed by package galeon Anyone got any ideas about fixing that - short of winding back to Moz 1.7.6? Or, is a patch now needed for galeon?
