Tab colours

I'm a Galeon 1.2.x user, but I occasionally try out 1.3.x in the hope of
switching over. I'm glad to see that 1.3.x has made some great strides since
I tried it last. It feels much more responsive than 1.2.x, and I'm glad that
the tab width issue has been resolved (at least in the Gentoo version).
One issue I'm having with 1.3.20 is that the text on the tabs do not change
colour according to status. In Galeon 1.2.x the text would be red for a
loading tab and blue for a loaded tab which has not yet been viewed. Galeon
1.3.x replaces the red colour with a spinning arrow icon (which is fine by
me), but there is no replacement for the blue colour. This is annoying as
there is no quick way to tell if I have viewed a tab or not, so I am
sometimes forced to manually check all of them.
I have consulted the README.ExtraPrefs file, and verified
my /apps/galeon/UI/Tabs/tabbed_loading_color
and /apps/galeon/UI/Tabs/tabbed_new_color settings. They don't seem to have
any effect, however.
