galeon 1.3.20 (and CVS) crashing on startup

Hello,

I can't get galeon 1.3.20 (or CVS) working here - it crashes on startup with
the usual dialog box. I would think it's something to do with not quite
up-to-date libs. 

Nothing is printed though into syslog which appears to be of relevance. Is
there something else (configure - option) which would make things more verbose,
or am I looking in the wrong place? And: can somebody tell me which
lib versions are required?
